Basal Cell Carcinoma

	This is an older patient with a slowly growing basal cell CA. The lesion is raised with a central ulcer. The fine vascularity is quite typical. Such tumors feel firm on palpation, and are usually asymptomatic.
	At Hi Mag we see the tumor cells tend to palisade at the periphery of the nests. Mitotic figures are usually easily found (arrow).
