The Biorepository combines the usage of dental and medical clinical information with a biological specimen DNA bank for researchers to use at the UI College of Dentistry & Dental Clinics. Patients and visitors at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry & Dental Clinics, the UI Center for Disabilities and Development, the UI Hospitals and Clinics Department of Otolaryngology and staff will be asked to participate and give consent for their clinical information and biological specimen to be collected for undefined future research purposes that will be shared, used again, or stored for future dental research purposes.
