The Lodge at Vail - Located in the Heart of Vail Village

The Lodge is the first hotel ever built in Vail. It offers an intimate, alpine boutique ambiance that evokes the charm, warmth and old-school allure of Europe's finest chalets. Built in 1962, it remains the cornerstone of Vail Village. Located just steps from Gondola One, The Lodge offers close proximity to the slopes, exceptional dining, shopping, and cultural experiences of Vail Village. This group rate will be honored 3 days pre\post conference dates based on rate and space availability at the time of request.

Guest room reservations may be made by calling The Lodge at Vail: 970-754-0055. Select option #2 to make a reservation, select #1 to reach the Colorado resorts, and then option #4 for Vail lodging options. 

All group attendees must identify themselves as part of the group by referencing the group code: BVLIW22 or refer to The University of Iowa College of Dentistry 2022 group.

A $30 daily resort fee will be charged to cover services and amenities.

Valet parking is available for $35.00/day. (There is no self-park option)
Course participants who do not stay at The Lodge, may utilize valet daytime parking for $25.00/day if space is available.
