Support Services

• Wheelchair or other assistance: If you require assistance entering the building or getting to a clinic, please notify the parking attendant when you arrive or call 319-384-4353, our student greeter and escort desk, located inside the west wing (circle drop off) entrance.
   
• American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting Service: We will take reasonable steps to provide free-of-charge language assistance services to people who do not speak English well enough to talk to us about the care that we are providing.
   
• Language Assistance: If you need assistance with English, please bring your own interpreter so you will be well informed about your treatment needs and procedures. If possible, we will assist by providing interpreters.
   
• ATM: An ATM machine is located on the main floor (3rd floor) off the Link.
   
• Business Office: The main Business Office is located on the 3rd floor. Patient Account Representatives are available throughout the clinic areas to assist with your insurance questions as well as billing and payment questions. Payment is expected after each visit, however, installment arrangements can be made for larger dental bills. We accept checks, cash, credit card, dental insurance, and Title XIX and the Iowa Dental Wellness Plan. We are happy to file insurance claims to your provider at no extra charge. • Cafeteria: For your convenience, the Filling Station dining area, located on the first floor, offers breakfast, lunch, and snack items.  Hours during the academic year:  Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm.  Cash, credit cards and debit cards accepted.
